Neighbor on Bike

This is my neighbor this morning out for a bike ride in the snow. We now have a lot more snow. Snow on top of ice. Photo was filtered to look like a watercolor. The red jacket makes a good vocal point against the whites and grays.

Favorite Mother Goose Rhymes

This book, Favorite Mother Goose Rhymes, was given to Justin about 28 years ago by my sister, Diane. Eric read it. Other cousins, Brock and Austin, read it. Diane's son, JB, ended up with the book and now Audra has it to read. Thanks, Diane

Heading back home, Groseclose, VA

We are heading into the sunset on our way home from Durham, NC. We are on I-81 near Groseclose, Virginia. We usually go through Asheville, NC, but a huge rock slide on the North Carolina-Tennessee border has made us find alternate routes. This route was actually 30 minutes closer.

There was still snow on the hillsides. Beautiful scenery!
